Rolls are supplied completely finished and induction hardened as requested by the customer. Rolls are manufactured in vacuum degassed o ESR forged steel with 2÷8 % Chromium and are induction hardened with variable frequencies CNC machines.
This technology allows a perfect control of induction hardening process on each rolls. Cold milling work rolls in steel 2-8% Cr for:

• 2-High
• 4-High
• 6-High
• Temper mills

Intermediate rolls in steel 3-5% CrMoV for:

• 6-High

Back-up rolls in steel 3-5% CrMoV for:

• 2-High
• 4-High
• 6-High
• Temper mills
