ROLL RE-HARDENING AND REPAIR

This service is for work rolls, intermediate rolls and back-up rolls up to 20 ton.
The service includes structural checks, damage removal on working area and on bearings housings.
Furthermore we carry out the induction re-hardening of the rolls, chromium plating of bearings housings, modification and reconstruction of the totally worn rolls, plus of course lathing, milling and grinding.
